It is the middle of the week and we all hate preparing breakfast especially when we have to be in a rush, and then again, even if you have a little time to spare, what can you prepare that is quick and easy. Well this recipe involves ingredients that everyone has in their refrigerators and it is as easy as 1-2-3. Check it out below.
- 6 whole Frankfurters, cut in rounds
- 1 teaspoon(s) paprika
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
- 6 medium eggs, whisked
- 2 medium green sweet peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 tablespoon(s) Margarine
Jamaican Frankfurter Frittata Directions
In a heated frying pan saute onion, garlic and sweet pepper in Margarine.
Add Frankfurters and tomatoes and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Pour whisked eggs over all ingredients and cook over medium heat until fully set.
Sprinkle on cheese and paprika.
To Serve: Cut as desired and serve immediately.
6-8 Frankfurters may be used.
4-6 Eggs may be used.
