We are in the middle of winter and nowadays more that ever we yearn for warmth. On days like this our go-to comfort food is soup. As we discussed in a previous post, Soups are packed with nutrition and provides all the warmth you need after a long day out in the cold or when you are feeling under the weather. There are so many choices however, from Vegetable to Pumpkin, Chicken, Beef, Herb, etc., but today we focus on Chicken and Beef.
Chicken Foot Soup
Chicken soups are great for when you are feeling sick. It is light, flavorful and soothing. It provides you with nutrients that can help you recuperate more quickly. Beef soup on the other hand is a bit heavier, and is perfect for dinner or when you are feeling really hungry. It is packed with protein and a hearty way to get some energy.
